With the all eagerness, we – TCL family departed from company office to city of brilliant flowers – Da Lat. The trip took 3 days from 31rd Aug to 2nd Sep 2019 at Terracotta resort beside Tuyen Lam lake – a peaceful and wonderful place for releasing work pressure and stress.
Together we enjoyed vast colorful flowers creating a beautiful picture of Fresh Garden. Surrounding the fire, we joined the "Central Highland Gong Exchange Program" with K’ho people who are an ethnic group living in Dalat’s mountains for hundreds of years. They are very honest and truthful. We had chance to join their beautiful folk dance.
The tour this year was very special with Ultra Race Game. We were divided into 6 teams with 2 team in a bus and we received 3 challenges. To complete the challenge, each team much be unanimous to cooperate, mobilized all vital force and brain from all team members. After all, we understand that “Two heads are always better than one”. The cooperation without thinking of individual benefit could help us complete the goals of team.
Three days of the trip is not long enough to discover Da Lat. But that time is enough to help us closer, to bring us wonderful memories. We will keep every meaningful moment we have together. The motivation to work, to contribute for the development of company in the future. There is no difficulty that we can’t overcome because we are a team with “There is no I in team”, together we are getting stronger.
